Patient & Administrative FAQs

How do I book an appointment?

To request a consultation, you may call our patient care team directly at 602-853-4004 or email us at admin@dynastyhealth.com. We prioritize responsiveness and aim to get back to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Do you treat out-of-state or international patients?

Yes. Because Dr. Maita is one of only five physicians in the nation qualified for certain Discseel® procedures, many of our patients travel to Tempe from across the country and abroad. Our team can assist with coordinating your visit to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to recovery.

Do you accept medical insurance?

Dynasty Health operates as a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. This model allows our physicians to provide a higher level of personalized care, longer appointment times, and access to advanced treatments that insurance often restricts. We do, however, offer flexible payment options to ensure our patients can access the care they need.

Do I need a referral to see Dr. Maita?

Because we do not work through insurance networks, we are able to accept self-referrals. While we welcome referrals from other physicians, a formal referral is not required as long as the patient is aware of our private-pay model.

Where is the clinic located?

Our clinic is located at: 2121 South Mill Avenue, Suite 101 Tempe, AZ 85282 (Ample parking is available for our patients.)

Medical & Clinical FAQs

How do I know if I am a candidate for Discseel® or Regenerative Therapy?

Candidacy is determined through a comprehensive clinical evaluation. Dr. Maita will perform a deep-dive review of your medical history and existing imaging (MRI/CT). During your consultation, he will assess the structural integrity of your spine or joints to determine if regenerative biologics are the right path for your specific diagnosis.

What is the recovery timeline following a procedure?

One of the primary advantages of our minimally invasive approach is that most patients are able to walk out of the clinic the same day with only a small adhesive bandage. While "full recovery" varies depending on the specific procedure and the individual's healing speed, our goal is to get you back to your lifestyle without the months of downtime required by traditional surgery.

How do the success rates of Discseel® compare to spinal surgery?

Clinical data and peer-reviewed research indicate that the Discseel® Procedure has an 82% success rate, which is significantly higher than traditional spinal fusion surgery. Unlike surgery, which "locks" the spine, Discseel® focuses on biological restoration, preserving your natural mobility while sealing the source of pain.

Will I be in pain during the procedure?

We prioritize patient comfort. Most procedures are performed under "Twilight Sedation" (mild sedation). You will be in a state of deep relaxation and will not feel pain at the injection site, though you will remain conscious enough to communicate with the medical team if necessary.

What exactly is "Regenerative Pain Management"?

Unlike traditional pain management, which often relies on "masking" symptoms with steroids or opioids, regenerative medicine focuses on repair. We use advanced orthobiologics (such as PRP and Stem Cells) to stimulate your body’s innate ability to heal damaged tissue, seal tears, and restore function at the cellular level.

Is there an age limit for these procedures?

There is no strict age limit. Because these treatments are minimally invasive and do not require general anesthesia or major incisions, they are often a safer alternative for older patients who may be considered "high-risk" for traditional back or joint surgery.
